Mind Your Health 5K Run & Walk in Northern VirginiaTeam up with friends, family and coworkers to participate in our Mind Your Health 5K Run & Walk in Alexandria, VA near Washington, DC, and Maryland. Our park is both dog and stroller friendly -- so bring the whole family along! Individual registration is also available. Register for our 5K - click here Virtual RunSupport our affiliates. Individuals and team members who wish to participate but are not able to attend our Run & Walk can register online for our Virtual Run. Virtual Run participants will receive an award medal and will be sent a downloadable bib for Saturday, October 5, 2013. An affiliate located in your community will also receive a portion of the proceeds.
