Hawaii Disability Rights Center

The Hawaii Disability Rights Center (HDRC) is the designated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) System for Hawaii's estimated 180,000 residents with disabilities. As such, the Center provides legal services to people with all disabilities, and on a wide range of civil and legal rights issues, including but not limited to care and treatment, education, employment, housing, justice and entitlements.

HDRC is currently recruiting an attorney to specialize in mental health issues, particularly as they relate to the high incidence of people with mental illness in the court, detention and corrections systems.
