| F.A.Qs | What should I wear? | | The dress code for the event will be cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a dress or skirt/dress pants and a blouse. Gentlemen should wear pressed pants and a jacket or a dark suit. Ties are optional and footwear should be leather lace-up or loafers. When in doubt, dress as you would for a night at the theater. No flip flops, shorts or jeans please. | | | | | Should I eat dinner before the event? | | Yes. We will provide some light hors d'ouevres during the reception before the performance, but encourage our guests to enjoy a full meal prior to the event. National Harbor has a fantastic assortment of over 30 restaurants to suit different tastes and budgets. Check them out at http://nationalharbor.com/dining/. The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center also has 2 different dinner options: Old Hickory Steakhouse and National Pastime Sports Bar and Grill.

As a result, we have named what will become our annual benefit "A Night in the Limelight." Expect to see lots of green at the event!
| | | | | Is my ticket purchase tax deductible? | | We have priced tickets according to fair market value and the purchase price is not tax deductible. | | | | If I buy something at the silent auction will it be tax deductible? | | For a person who makes the winning bid on an item at the silent auction, the proportion that is tax-deductible is the difference between the fair market value of the gift and the winning bid amount. Winners of silent auction items will be provided with tax deduction information via mail following the event if eligible. |
